Terms of Service

General

By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms described here.

  1. I do not accept rush commissions.

  2. By default, the completed artwork is for personal use only.

  3. For individual commercial use (streaming, ads, monetized content), the cost is 2× the base price.

  4. Merchandise production or any profit-generating products (e.g., prints, keychains, or other items for sale) requires prior agreement.

  5. Clear references must be provided by the client.

  6. Additional fees will apply for semi-detailed backgrounds or characters with complex details.

  7. I reserve the right to refuse commissions that do not suit my style or capabilities.

Will Draw

  • Furry/kemono

  • Original characters

  • Existing characters

  • Blood/light gore

Won't Draw

  • NSFW

  • Complex mecha/armor

  • Heavy gore

  • Hateful art

  • NFTs

Payment & Refund

  • Full payment is required after the rough sketch is approved. Work will continue only after payment is received.

  • Payment methods: PayPal and VGen for international clients; Bank Transfer and QRIS for local (Indonesia) clients.

  • Payment must be completed within 2×24 hours after the rough sketch is sent.

  • If I do not receive payment or confirmation of delay, the commission will be considered canceled and the client will be blacklisted from future commissions.

  • No cancellations or refunds once payment is made, unless I am unable to complete the commission.

Revisions

  • Maximum 3 minor revisions are free (any errors made by me will not be counted as revisions).

  • Additional revisions will cost 5 USD/25k IDR each.

  • Revisions are only available during the sketch and base color stages.

Deadline and Delivery

  • Completion is estimated 1 week – 1 month, depending on the queue and artwork complexity (could be faster).

  • Personal commission clients will receive 3 files: final artwork with watermark, final artwork without watermark, and artwork with transparent background.

  • The final artwork will be delivered digitally via Google Drive. The folder link will remain active for 30 days. Please save the artworks as soon as possible.

Intelectual Property Rights

  • The client is granted usage rights for personal use only, while full copyright remains with the artist.

  • The artist retains the right to use the artwork for promotional purposes, such as social media posts, portfolio showcases, or similar displays. Let me know in advance if you do not want your commissioned artwork to be shown publicly.

  • The client is not allowed to modify, trace, or claim the commissioned artwork as their own.

How to Order

  1. Send me a DM with the type of commission you want along with clear references.

  2. Make the payment after approving the rough sketch.

  3. Sit back, relax, and feel free to do your thing while I work on your commission :]

  4. I will keep you updated at each stage: lineart → base color → final artwork.
